Harvey as Sr. Product and Process Development Engineer. With more than 25 years in the engineering industry, Harvey is focused on improving Genesis’ automation and production processes.

Harvey holds both an associate’s and bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in MechanicalEngineering Technology. He has worked in the aerospace industry as an experimental product/ process casting engineer for Rolls-Royce as well as an advanced turbine engine design engineer for Allison Advanced Development Company. While there, he was co-awarded two patents for a high-temperature airfoil design.
He is active in his community and church volunteering as a high school youth leader, and participated in two mission trips to Zambia, Africa. In addition, he volunteers at Outfitters, Inc., a South Madison County non-profit that assists in clothing low-income children.
