Genesis Plastics Welding, a Fortville-based contract manufacturer, is pleased to announce the addition of Becky Young as customer service specialist. Young brings to Genesis 23 years of extensive customer service experience and is in charge of maintaining the excellent working relationships and project support Genesis customers have come to expect.
As a liaison between clients and Genesis’ internal departments, Young ensures customer needs are efficiently met at all stages of the manufacturing process, from research and design (R&D) and material selection to prototyping and production. Young is responsible for fielding client inquiries, problem resolution and project management for customers in industries such as military, medical, automotive and consumer products.
Before coming to Genesis, Young specialized in customer service for companies such as Boehringer Mannheim Corporation, Cellular One and Child and Family Guidance Center. A resident of Pendleton, Young received a bachelor’s degree in community health education from Ball State University. She spends much of her spare time staying physically active, enjoying time with friends and family, and volunteering with Safe Families for Children in Madison County.
