Tom Ryder, president and CEO of Indianapolis-based radio frequency welding contract manufacturer Genesis Plastics Welding, Inc., announced today the promotion of Brian Long to Plant Manager.
A dynamic manufacturing professional with a “can do attitude” and a knack for inspiring those around him, Brian has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing operations. Prior to joining the Genesis Plastics Welding team, he was employed at GE and more recently served as Plant Manager for Peerless Pump then Grundfos. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management graduate from Fresno Pacific University and holds his MBA from University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Brian is ever steadfast on continuous improvement measures and meeting customer needs and business goals efficiently. Additionally, he often notes, that relationships are a central part of what it means to be a thriving company and are critical for growth and longevity.
