President and CEO
Being part of a family-owned and operated company firmly founded on entrepreneurial spirit and serving others has been a welcome challenge (and reward) for Tom, who was named president and CEO in 2010 after holding other leadership positions at Genesis. Under his leadership, Genesis has seen several expansions and revenue has increased. With a diverse contract manufacturing background, he maintains Genesis’ eye on continuous improvement, engineering innovation and cutting edge heat sealing solutions that take clients around the world to the forefront of their industries, no matter what stage of life their product is within. Acting as a bridge for the client, Tom and the Genesis team is all about being a valued partner and help taking their customers to that next step, whether it be prototyping, validation, contract manufacturing with Genesis or sourcing cost effective manufacturing in other parts of the world.
As the company’s visionary, Tom leads the senior management team in setting strategic direction, striving to continually improve customer service and manufacturing quality. Additionally, Tom is a board and committee member for the Indiana Medical Device Manufacturers’ Council (IMDMC).
